Working out is a proven healthy way of losing weight, but what we eat before and after the workout is the more significant determining factor. Before doing a yoga practice, it's recommended that you have a light stomach. Eat low-fat foods and lots of veggies. After you have finished the workout, take healthy foods and drink water.
